Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Because credit is usable immediately, one special rule applies.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded. A clear statement to info@klarframe.com is enough.
Early start and expiry
When buying, you expressly confirm that we should begin performance immediately — your credit is available right away. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed. As long as credit is unused, it remains.
Consequences
We refund all payments received without undue delay, at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. If you have already used minutes, we deduct their value pro rata.
