Terms of use
These terms apply to using CALL4ME and to buying calling minutes.
1. Provider
Oliver Condurache and Michael Vogel, Carrer Primavera 8, 07010 Palma, Spain. NIF 20890460C. info@klarframe.com
2. What CALL4ME does
You describe what you need in the chat. CALL4ME works out the details with you, finds the right place and prepares a calling request. After your explicit approval, a voice assistant makes the call on your behalf. At the start of every call the assistant states that it is a digital assistant.
3. What CALL4ME does not do
We owe a proper attempt, not a result. Whether an appointment is free, whether an office is responsible, or whether anyone picks up is not in our hands. The assistant makes no commitments that bind you: it enters no contracts, promises no payments and accepts no costs. Information it receives on the call is passed on to you unchanged — we do not verify it.
4. Credit and prices
Calling minutes are bought in advance. All prices include 21 % Spanish VAT (IVA); the breakdown is on your receipt. Billing is by the second from the moment the call connects. Unsuccessful attempts — busy, nobody reached — use no credit. Credit does not expire.
5. Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Credit is added once Stripe confirms the payment. We do not store card details.
6. Refund of unused credit
On request we refund unused credit pro rata to the price paid. Write to info@klarframe.com. Minutes already used are excluded.
7. Your obligations
Only request calls you would be allowed to make yourself. No marketing calls, no harassment, no calls to emergency numbers, premium-rate or international services we have not enabled. The details you give must be accurate — the assistant passes them on in your name.
8. Suspension
We may suspend an account in case of misuse. Remaining credit is refunded, unless it was consumed by the misuse.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the typical foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Applicable law
Spanish law applies. Consumers may additionally rely on the mandatory provisions of their country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes
We adjust these terms when services or legal requirements change. For material changes we inform you by email beforehand.
