This privacy notice explains which personal data CALL4ME processes during registration, chat, voice input and request drafts.

2. Data processed
On registration and sign-in: name, email address, password hash, tenant and security data as well as the time and number of failed sign-in attempts. For requests: your entered text, the conversation and the structured draft derived from it. For voice input the audio file is processed only for transcription and is not stored; the transcript may be stored as chat and request content.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Providing, securing and technically stabilising the service, processing request drafts, clarifications and approvals, and keeping an auditable record. Processing takes place to deliver the requested service and, where required, on the basis of your consent.
4. AI and speech processing
Voice input runs on a separate Whisper service on our own server. An OpenAI model is used for the conversation; conversation content is transmitted for that purpose. Publicly available web pages are retrieved to determine contact details and are treated purely as data material. Outbound telephony is switched off in this phase.
5. Payment data
Purchases of calling minutes are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Stripe processes payment and billing data as its own controller; card details never reach our servers. What stays with us is the purchase date, package, amounts, tax share, payment status and invoice number — tax law requires it.
6. Retention
Account and request data are kept as long as your account exists. Confirmation and reset links expire after 48 hours and one hour respectively. If you delete your account, the account, requests and chat history are removed permanently.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and withdraw consent. Access and erasure can be triggered directly in your profile. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, in particular the Spanish AEPD.
8. Updates
This notice is adjusted when functions, data flows or legal requirements change. Please have it reviewed legally before binding use.
